Apple cookies from your kitchen. Fruity apple notes, a slightly crispy exterior and a juicy, soft center.

400 g baking mix – enough for approximately one baking tray of apple cookies.
Ingredients
Spelt flour, sweetener: xylitol (E967), raisins, dried apple pieces, modified starch (wheat, E1413), whole egg powder, salt, raising agents (sodium phosphate E450i, sodium bicarbonate E500ii), natural flavorings.
Allergens
Contains gluten-containing cereals (spelt, wheat and, according to the manufacturer's allergen matrix, oats) and eggs. May contain traces of soy, milk, nuts and sesame.

Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place. Best before date according to the manufacturer: 12 months from production. You can find the exact best before date on the packaging.
Preparation
- Mix 400 g of baking mix with 64 g of water and 120 g of margarine.
- Shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake at 190 °C with top and bottom heat for approximately 15 minutes.
- Let cool briefly and enjoy.
